Our current range is engineered for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30, 2019+), with components for VS30 4x4 and 2WD configurations in MWB and LWB wheelbases. We're progressively adding Transit and other Vans to our line-up. Check individual product pages for the latest compatibility.

Yes. We specify and stock products for the Australian RHD Sprinter market. Our EastWest Flares, for example, are compatible with RHD electric sliding doors with no modifications. Where a US-sourced product has any RHD consideration, we flag it on the product page.

Bolt-on parts generally don't. Suspension upgrades, GVM upgrades, and wheel/tyre packages that change vehicle specifications may require engineering sign-off depending on your state. We're building a national engineer network. Contact us before purchase if you need a referral.

Mercedes-Benz Australia assesses warranty claims on a case-by-case basis under Australian Consumer Law. A properly fitted aftermarket part won't void unrelated warranty items. We recommend retaining all fitting documentation and using a qualified installer.

GVM upgrade packages for the Sprinter may be available through our suspension range. These can be done pre-rego (second stage of manufacture) or post-rego depending on your van. Contact us for the right pathway for your build.

Australia-wide. Most stock ships from our NSW warehouse. Larger items (bumpers, roof racks, suspension kits) go via freight carrier; smaller items via standard parcel.

In-stock items dispatch within 1–3 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order items (flares, certain bumpers) have lead times shown on the product page. If we can't meet the listed lead time, we'll contact you within 48 hours.

Yes. Remote and WA deliveries may incur additional freight — this is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the item's dimensions.

Pickup is available from our Central Coast NSW location by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a time.

Not at this stage. We're focused on the Australian market.

Yes. All prices on trekano.com are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. A tax invoice is issued with every order.

We don't run an installation workshop directly, but we work with a national network of trusted installers. Contact us with your postcode and we'll recommend a fitter near you.

Yes — every product ships with installation instructions, and digital copies are available in our Parts Manuals section. Where available, we link to video walkthroughs on the Install Videos section.

Bolt-on items like side steps, flares, and bumpers are designed for competent DIY install with basic hand tools. Suspension, GVM, electrical, and structural items are recommended to be fitted by a qualified workshop.

Yes. We have a dealer program for workshops, fitout shops, and resellers. Apply through our dealer portal, under Become a Builder. Terms include minimum opening orders and account approval.
