We ship parts and full upfit packages Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Order processing
In-stock orders are picked and dispatched as quickly as possible on business days. Larger items and made-to-order packages may need extra handling time before they leave our facility — if anything is on back-order we'll be in touch with an estimated date.
Freight for large & bulky items
Roof racks, bull bars, bumpers, ladders and tyre carriers are oversized freight. They're crated and sent depot-to-depot or door-to-door depending on your location. Remote and regional deliveries can take longer — we'll always route the most reliable option for bulky gear.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it to the door.
Local pickup
Prefer to collect or have it fitted? Get in touch before ordering and we'll arrange it.
Bundled upfits
Multi-part packages may ship in several cartons and can arrive separately.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or a carton is missing, keep the packaging and contact us with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier.
