The same acoustic and thermal insulation as our pre-cut Sprinter kits, supplied as a full uncut roll for DIY builders who want to cut their own panels, layer up, or insulate areas a kit doesn't cover.

3M™ Thinsulate™ SM600L is a lightweight, moisture-resistant non-woven absorber that delivers genuine year-round temperature control and serious road-noise reduction without adding meaningful payload. It ships compressed and lofts to its full 44 mm once applied.

Our pre-cut, labelled Sprinter kits (MWB-LO, MWB-HI, LWB) match the panel geometry exactly — no trimming, no waste, no guesswork. For a standard Sprinter cargo fit-out the kit is the faster, better-value route. This roll is for custom work and DIY cutting.

Coverage (uncompressed)

• Roll size: 60" wide × 30 linear ft (≈150 sq ft / ~14 m²)
• 1 linear ft of roll = ~5 sq ft of coverage
• Sprinter 144" WB — allow ~50 linear ft (≈ 2 rolls)
• Sprinter 170" WB — allow ~60 linear ft (≈ 2 rolls)
• Sprinter 170" Extended — allow ~70 linear ft (≈ 2–3 rolls)

Installation

Cut to size and bond to the white fibre side with 3M™ 90 spray adhesive (or equivalent high-strength contact adhesive). Scrim backing faces the panel.
