Heavy Duty High Bar Kit for Roof Racks — High Roof

Heavy Duty High Bar Kits give your FVC roof rack the extra height to carry bulkier gear without giving up what's already mounted.

Installation varies by rack type. For Standard and Low Pro Roof Racks, the risers attach to existing crossbars and add 90 mm (3.6") or 178 mm (7") of height. For Safari Racks, decking mount adapters come included and provide a high bar height of 205 mm (8.1").

Built with sturdy ¼" thick aluminium construction, the risers are rated for a dynamic weight of around 110 kg or less while driving, and a static weight of around 225 kg while parked or camping. We cannot recommend exceeding the manufacturer's overall weight specifications at any time. For uses under 45 kg on raised high bars, check out our High Bar Kits for Low Pro and Standard Roof Racks.

Crossbar Options
Overhang options leave 140–165 mm of overhanging crossbar on each side. Non-overhang options are the suggested size to match the width of each rack.
