Aluminum decking panels fill space beside a rooftop air cond
- Aluminum decking panels fill space beside a rooftop air conditioner to create a flat, walkable surface and maximize rooftop storage. Panels mount easily to roof rack crossbars using included hardware. Built from durable 3/16” aluminum with a weather-resistant powder coat finish.

Flatline Van Co's Safari AC Decking Panels fill the gaps beside a rooftop air conditioner on the Sprinter Safari Roof Rack. Installing the Safari Rack with a rooftop AC means excluding the front or rear fan decking panel section — these panels cover the gaps on either side of the AC unit to maximise your van's rooftop space.
The panels install easily on the crossbars using the leftover decking hardware included with the Safari Roof Rack, and with 3/16” aluminium construction and a durable powder coat finish, they're designed to be walked on.
At 218 mm wide, the panels are an ideal fit with rooftop air conditioner units measuring 670 mm to 860 mm wide. Since there are more than a few AC options for Sprinter camper vans out there, FVC have designed them to fit the most common units listed below:
