Sprinter Van Front Apron Bumper

Full-width frontal protection for Sprinters that leave the bitumen — built to run a winch, clear lift kits and oversized tyres, and keep every factory sensor working. The 5 mm aluminium skid plate and bull bar are included as standard — deselect either above if you don't need them. We ship it as one complete kit, and pre-orders reserve a bumper from our first Australian container. The winch and lights shown in the photos are optional add-ons — select them in the add-on options to build the same setup.

The steel cradle accepts the Warn VR Evo 12-S, Zeon Platinum 12-S or DV8 Extract 12,000 lb winch and transfers recovery loads straight into the chassis. A built-in wire chase protects the OEM harness, with wire-management holes and slots for tidying added winch or lighting looms. There's mounting for two pod lights either side of the winch; the bull bar adds 560 mm of mounting width for Baja Designs LP6 Pro lights, and the two cutouts suit a pair of Baja Designs Squadron Sport pods — or run four Squadrons in place of a winch. The skid plate protects the engine and oil pan, and an optional front hitch adapter carries bike racks and cargo carriers up front, freeing up the rear doors.

Installation involves detailed cutting of the OEM plastic bumper cover — a cut template and step-by-step guide are included, and a competent DIYer will have it fitted in about 3 hours. Is it in stock in Australia?

This is a pre-order product. Our first container of Flatline Van Co stock is being finalised now and arrives September 2026 — order now to make that first shipment; once the container is locked, later orders wait for the next one. When it lands, your order dispatches from our Australian warehouse with door-to-door tracking.

Are the winch and lights in the photos included?

No — the photos show a fully optioned build. Every kit includes the bumper, steel winch cradle, sensor bezels and cut template, plus the skid plate and bull bar unless you deselect them. The winch, the amber Baja Designs Squadron Sport pods in the bumper cutouts and the LP4 Pro driving lights on the bull bar are optional — select them in the add-on options and everything ships together.

Will it fit my van?

It fits every 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) — Panel Van, Cab Chassis and Dual Cab, MWB/LWB/ELWB, RWD and 4x4. Pick your model year above: 2019–2024, or 2025+ for the facelift front end. It does not fit pre-2019 (NCV3) Sprinters — ask us if you're not sure which you have.

What do the options mean?

The standard kit ships complete with the 5 mm alloy skid plate (protects the engine and oil pan from strike damage) and the 1.75" bull bar (adds 560 mm of light-mounting width for driving lights up to 6"). If you don't need one, deselect it above — the price updates automatically. The bumper itself, steel winch cradle, sensor bezels and cut template are in every configuration.

Is it ADR compliant / legal in Australia?

The bumper is engineered to keep every safety system the ADRs care about: your OEM park sensors carry over with the included bezels, the active cruise control radar gets a dedicated mount, fog lights stay factory, and headlights and number plate are unobstructed. Requirements for frontal protection vary by state — tell us your state and van and we'll confirm what applies, and where certification is required we'll connect you with the certifying engineers we use on our own builds.

Does it affect my Mercedes-Benz warranty?

Fitting a quality accessory does not void your new-van warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law a dealer can only decline a warranty claim if the accessory actually caused the fault — this bumper bolts to factory chassis points, retains all OEM sensors and doesn't touch the engine, driveline or airbag systems. Trekano supplies Mercedes-Benz vans under a factory bodybuilder reseller agreement, so we work with the factory, not against it.

Can you fit it for me?

What should I add to it?
