What's in the box
Flatline Van Co's front bumper has become the pick of the US adventure-van scene, and it's easy to see why: a full-width 3 mm aluminium shell over a 6 mm steel winch cradle that bolts straight to structural points on the Sprinter's chassis. You get full frontal coverage — wrapping right under the AdBlue (DEF) tank on diesels — without giving up approach angle, and without hanging a full steel bar's weight off the nose.
The steel cradle accepts the Warn VR Evo 12-S, Zeon Platinum 12-S or DV8 Extract 12,000 lb winch, and transfers winch and recovery loads straight into the chassis. It also plays nicely with the factory van: included bezels snap your OEM park sensors and wire harness across, new mounting integrates the active cruise control sensor, and you keep the OEM fog lights — plus there's mounting for two pod lights either side of the winch. A built-in wire chase keeps the OEM harness from being pulled into the winch, with plenty of wire-management holes and slots for zip-tying added winch or lighting harnesses.
It's built for vans that leave the bitumen: designed to work with lift kits and oversized tyres, with an optional large 5 mm aluminium skid plate protecting the engine and oil pan. The optional bull bar offers 560 mm of mounting width — ideal for Baja Designs LP6 Pro LED Lights — and the bumper's two cutouts are tailored for a pair of Baja Designs Squadron Sport LED Light Pods, or run four Squadron Sports in place of a winch. An optional front hitch adapter carries hitch-mounted bike racks and cargo carriers, freeing up the rear hitch and keeping full access to the rear doors.
Installation requires detailed cutting of the OEM plastic bumper cover — a cut template is included, and the installation guide walks you through it. Spec it your way with the add-ons above — and we ship it as one kit. It's frontal protection, so ADR rules apply — we'll connect you with a certified engineer in your state for sign-off.
