Flatline Van Co's Sprinter Surf Pole gets your surfboards and paddle boards out of a cramped interior and off precarious roof loading, carrying them on the side of the van instead. It's designed to work with FVC's Surf Hooks: the dual tube design creates a solid base to mount the hooks and ensures a vibration-free ride, and it has the same profile as FVC's Sprinter Side Ladders, matching the body of the Sprinter van for a seamless look.
The pole is lightweight aluminium, powder-coated black, and stainless steel hardware comes included. It installs to the existing roof rail at the top and the pinch seam at the bottom. For a complete setup, pair one surf pole with a Side Ladder or another ladder with 1.25” tubing, or get two surf poles if you don't plan to have a side ladder to hold the second hook. It can be installed along with the Sprinter Side Steps, and works with the Sprinter Safari Roof Rack and Sprinter Low Pro Roof Rack (high roof) — the Standard Rack requires modification to access the roof rail.
