Sprinter Van Bed System — LWB

Flatline Van Co's Sprinter bed system replaces the saggy plywood frame — a purpose-built platform for anyone fitting out an LWB Sprinter. Height adjustment leaves room underneath for gear, a garage setup, or a second sleeping area, and the whole system tops off with the Sprinter mattress for a complete setup.

The steel rails offer various hole options for fine-tuning height and mounting.

It's available in two models, both DIY-mount and Adventure Wagon compatible — the 3-panel option (Standard) or the 2-panel option (Flarespace). The bed comes ready to install with detailed installation instructions; just double-check your measurements before mounting. Standard 3-Panel Bed - DIY and Adventure Wagon Compatible

The versatile 3-panel system features mounting holes for a DIY install — designed to mount up to 1190 mm (47") high — and full compatibility with Adventure Wagon interior kits, with 3x laser-cut aluminium panels and steel bed rails. The panels can be configured for a 1830 mm (72") or 1905 mm (75") long bed for taller people — select the mounting slots for either option when putting the panels in place. Flarespace 2-Panel Bed - DIY and Adventure Wagon Compatible

FVC designed the Flarespace-compatible bed system so you can sleep sideways in your Sprinter. If your van is already equipped with Flarespace or Vanspeed Capsules, this 2-panel system mounts easily and gains you more usable real estate for sleeping sideways — with the same DIY mounting holes and full Adventure Wagon compatibility.

Option to Add Flare Trim Extension Brackets: For vans with flares, gain up to 150 mm (6") of length using brackets that extend into the window trim. Designed for the 2-Panel Sprinter Bed System only.

Sprinter Van Bed Brackets: The Sprinter Van Bed Systems can be installed without this bracket system, but it provides additional structural support. It also gives you more options for mounting your bed even higher than the window cavity, with extra assurance it will stay secure.

Sprinter Van Bed Bracket L-Track Kit: Add L-Track to your van build by pairing our Sprinter Bed Bracket L-Track with your Sprinter Van Bed Brackets. This floor-to-ceiling system gives you on-demand bed height adjustment and extra mounting points for gear. Pre-drilled holes align with the Bed Brackets for easy installation.
