Flatline Van Co's Core Front Bumper gives your 2019+ Sprinter serious off-road capability in a sleek, low-profile, centre-mount package: a robust 6mm steel winch cradle that bolts directly to the chassis for maximum structural integrity during recovery, wrapped in a lightweight 3mm aluminium bumper skin that avoids the weight and rust issues all-steel bumpers can run into. It's frontal protection, so ADR rules apply — we'll connect you with a certified engineer in your state for sign-off.
The winch cradle is designed for the Warn VR Evo 12-S, Zeon Platinum or DV8 Extract 12,000lb winch, paired with FVC's Winch Fairlead, and the integrated recovery tow point hooks accept ⅞” shackles. Not running a winch? The versatile design lets you install up to four Baja Designs Squadron Sport LED Light Pods in its place. The bumper skin also has built-in cutouts for a pair of Squadron Sport pods, with integrated wiring channels to keep cabling organised and protected.
Take protection and capability further with the optional add-ons: the Skid Plate shields the engine's undercarriage from obstacles and debris with a snug fit that won't affect approach angle; the Bull Bar adds a more aggressive look and 560 mm of space for off-road lights such as Baja Designs LP6 Pro LED Lights; and the sturdy Front Hitch Adapter carries gear like bikes up front, keeping access to the rear doors free.
The bumper integrates perfectly with the van's factory systems — park sensors, cruise control and front camera all stay fully operational — and each one ships with everything you need for installation, including a template for precise factory bumper modifications.
