Flatline Van Co's Sprinter Van Mattress is a comfortable, durable mattress custom-sized for a perfect fit with FVC's Sprinter Bed Systems — available in four styles. It's made in the USA with CertiPUR-US-certified foam, meeting all safety and environmental standards, and the removable water and abrasion-resistant top and bottom fabrics make it easy to clean and durable against constant use. All options are 127 mm (5”) thick and hinged with detachable zippered sections.

Each mattress is available in Medium-Firm or Soft cushion options. The Medium-Firm option offers a 5-6 firmness level with a cool gel memory foam layer, making it a great option for all sleepers. The Soft option has a 1-2 firmness level, ideal for those who prefer to sleep on a softer, more plush mattress. We recommend pairing it with the Sprinter Bed System for a perfect fit.

Standard Mattress - Tri-Fold: The Standard Sprinter Mattress features a tri-fold layout and it’s designed to accommodate most standard Sprinter Bed platforms. Dimensions: 1880 mm long x 1700 mm wide x 127 mm thick.

Flarespace Mattress - Bi-Fold: The Flarespace Sprinter Mattress features a bi-fold layout and it’s designed to accommodate Sprinter vans with Flarespace flares and a bed mounted below the flares. Dimensions: 1500 mm long x 1700 mm wide x 127 mm thick.

Flarespace Mattress - with inserts for Sprinter MWB (144”): The same bi-fold design as the standard Flarespace Mattress, but with added inserts for the Sprinter MWB (144”) Flarespace flares.

Flarespace Mattress - with inserts for Sprinter LWB (170”): The same bi-fold design as the standard Flarespace Mattress, but with added inserts for the Sprinter LWB (170”) Flarespace flares.

Which Flarespace Mattress Should I Get?

The short answer is that you should get the Flarespace mattress that corresponds with your van length unless you've measured and mounted your bed to accommodate for the 127 mm (5”) thickness of this mattress. If that's the case, you can get the standard Flarespace Bi-Fold mattress, and it should rest flush with the trim rings and allow your pillow to rest on the trim. This means you don't need the additional inserts to fill the Flarespace.
