FVC Sprinter Van Murphy Bed

Flatline Van Co's Sprinter Murphy Bed is for those who refuse to compromise between comfort and functionality: a space-saving system that transforms your van's garage into versatile storage plus a 1525 mm by 2015 mm east-to-west bed (with flares), deploying and stowing effortlessly on gas struts. It suits 2007+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter high-roof vans and ships flat-packed in a crate.

The table-side cabinet adds extra counter space with a flip-up countertop over a chest-style storage compartment, and the countertop folds out into a standing desk, dinner table or workstation. The bedside cabinet features a built-in overhead cabinet with an open-face design for quick access to essentials when the bed is deployed. Molle panel storage on the bed's underside keeps gear secure whether the bed is stowed or deployed, and below the stowed bed a heavy-duty drawer with soft-close hinges and push-lock latch provides ample, smooth-operating storage.

Each cabinet's spacious compartments are designed to function as electrical cabinets, house complete power systems, or accommodate 75 L (20-gallon) wheel-well style water tanks — specifically sized to fit NW Conversions' SP-L-20, SP-R-20 or SP-C-20 models — and optional MOLLE panels are included for each bed sidewall. To suit different layouts, it can be installed to leave 840 mm to 915 mm between the cabinets, with 900 mm of available height under the deployed bed; the custom-fitted Sprinter Murphy Bed Mattress and inserts fit behind the stowed bed.

Construction is durable aluminium and carbonised bamboo that matches FVC's galleys and upper cabinets — lasting performance without the warping and moisture issues common with wood, keeping weight down while maintaining exceptional strength.
