Flatline Van Co's Rear Door Platform gives your 2019+ Sprinter (VS30) serious gear-carrying capacity at the rear of the van. The unique combination of a 44mm aluminium round frame and 5mm aluminium mounting plate makes it stronger and more versatile than other Sprinter rear gear carriers on the market, with a suggested weight limit of 91kg.
Patterned mounting slots plus 13mm and 10mm holes deliver endless mounting capabilities, and the mountable surface sits flush with the tubing so there's plenty of room for loading up gear. Add bikes with the 1Up tray, cargo boxes, MaxTrax, Rotopax, snowboards/skis and more — FVC designed the platform to be incredibly versatile, with accessories that are easy to swap out as needed.
Installation is simple and only requires drilling a single hole in the door. That third mounting point carries FVC's dual-shock silicone damper, which absorbs impact in both directions to protect your doors — a first in the van industry, and after years of R&D it's what makes a rear platform sturdy and reliable without compromises or unappealing design features. The platform is designed to mount to 180 degree hinges. One compliance note: a rear platform can obscure the factory tail and indicator lights at some angles, so ADR rules apply — supplementary brake/indicator lighting is required, and we include it.
